Address changes:

For our customer's protection, all address changes must be submitted on Boise State Athletic Ticket Office address forms. It is your responsibility to inform the Athletic Ticket Office of any changes to your address, or contact information. Address changes for the mailing of season football tickets must be received by a month before the season to ensure tickets will be delivered on time and to the correct address. If you think you may not be able to receive your tickets via mail, we suggest requesting that your season tickets be held at will-call.

Accessible Seating: 

Accessible seating is limited at Bronco Stadium and Taco Bell Arena. Accessible seating can be purchased online at www.idahotickets.com as well as by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office.  Those needing to make accessible seating requests must do so by contacting the Athletic Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check on availability or to make arrangements, please call us at 208-426-4737 or stop by the Athletic Ticket Office.

Children/Lap Seat Policy

Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket to enter Bronco Stadium or Taco Bell Arena for regular season events, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons 2 years and up need a ticket to enter the arena.

Bronco Stadium Seatback Policy

Seatbacks are limited to the 18" width that is allowed for each seat.

Refunds, Exchanges or Cancellations:

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.

Ticket Policies:

By purchasing individual game tickets and/or season tickets to Boise State University Athletic events (collectively, "Ticket" or "Tickets"), you are purchasing a seat license (the "License").  Each Ticket covered by the License represents a separate, non-renewable, revocable License which only permits the bearer the right to: (a) enter the publicly-accessible areas of Bronco Stadium, Taco Bell Arena, or other facilities at times determined by Boise State University; (b) attend the game identified on the Ticket; and (c) sit in the seat location identified on the Ticket.  The License and any Ticket may be modified or revoked at the sole and absolute discretion of Boise State University, with or without cause. Seat location, the number of tickets allocated per purchaser, and even the ability to purchase tickets are not as a matter of right but are at the sole discretion of the University. The University can revoke or change such privileges at the University’s discretion, at any time, without notice.

 

Boise State University reserves the right at any time, and without prior notice, to modify, amend or supplement the terms and conditions of the License and the terms and conditions with respect to the purchase of Ticket(s).  Event dates and times are all subject to change.  The License is governed by Idaho law without regards to its conflict of law principles.  The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of the License shall be state district court in Ada County, Boise, Idaho.  Any written notice should be mailed to:

Will Call:

Photo ID is required to pick up will call.  No third party will call accepted. 

For the football season, media and regular will call is located on the west side of the stadium in the Athletic Ticket Office.  Player guest and recruit will call is located at Entrance B.  High school coaches and athletic pass will call is located at Entrance B.      

For the basketball season, regular will call is located at Box Office #2.  Player guest, recruit, high school coaches and athletic pass will call is located at the Security Entrance. 

Lost or Destroyed Tickets:

All tickets are full price to reprint.  Only the person whose name is on the ticket account may request a reprint.  Photo ID of the account holder and payment in full is required at the time of the reprinted ticket being issued.  The customer will have 5 business days to return the original ticket with reprint receipt for a refund of the reprint cost.  We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy. 

Stolen tickets will be reprinted at no cost if a copy of the police report is presented to the Athletic Ticket Office. 

Ticket Transfers:

Transfer of season tickets are only allowed from child/parent or spouse/spouse relationships.  All season ticket transfers must contact the Athletic Ticket Office by phone at 208-426-4737 then fill out the appropriate ticket transfer paperwork.   

Death:

If the person on the season ticket account has passed away the tickets will be transferred to the living spouse. If the living spouse does not want the tickets, they may be transferred to a living child.  Tickets my not be transferred to someone by way of a will.  Tickets are property of Boise State University.

Divorce:

We require a letter from the party that is giving up all, or a portion of the tickets, agreeing to transfer the tickets to the other party.  If in a divorce there is a disagreement about any Boise State tickets, we require a copy of the divorce decree stating who gets to use the tickets.
