LOOK: Placebo Announces Release Of New EP, “B3”

After a 15-year career, Placebo is back with a new five-song EP. The album, titled B3, will be released digitally in the U.S. on October 16 via Universal/UMe. it will also be released as a limited edition CD on October 30.
This EP also comes in advance of the band's forthcoming full-length album, which will be released in 2013. However, the album is merely new material, not a reflection of the new direction Placebo will be taking.

Placebo has also launched the #B3KISS Competition. This contest asks fans to create their own version of the B3 artwork. To enter, fans need to hashtag their photo #B3KISS on Instagram or Twitter, or upload it here: www.b3kiss.com. Placebo will then choose their favorite version and the winner will receive a framed test print of the B3 artwork, signed by the band. The last day to enter is on October 31.
