Vanessa Grigoriadis joined Vanity Fair in 2008. She’s also a contributing editor at Rolling Stone and New York magazine, where she started her career under Kurt Andersen, in 1996. She was a writer on the Style desk at The New York Times in 2003. In 2007, she won a National Magazine Award for a profile of Karl Lagerfeld, and in 2008, she was nominated in feature writing for her piece “Gawker and the Rise of the Creative Underclass.”
