Hydravision, an independent French studio, is bringing Dungeon Twister to the PlayStation Store this summer. The turn-based strategy game is based on a board game which has an enthusiastic following.
You’ll guide one of two teams, each with eight members, through a steampunk labyrinthian dungeon in an effort to escape. Only one team can leave the dungeon so your only choice is to either escape first or slay the other team.
The dungeon is essentially a puzzle though, watched over by the evil mage who cast all of these varied adventurers into it. Each room rotates, so you can clear your own way or block an opponent’s path to freedom with a hallway bristling with traps.
There is a varied cast and each character has special powers or abilities which you can use to aid your escape. Here’s the announcement trailer and some screenshots.

I like the sound of this. We need stuff like this on the Vita though!
Yes we do, certaing an M&M type game!
*certainly
I would LOVE Might& Magic Clash of Heroes.
Heroes of Might & Magic IV… omfg.
This sounds right up my alley, and I’d just pre-ordered Dungeon Bowl as well.
This is a very fun game, the 4-player expansion is great as well. Its uber-hard though and is more complex than chess.
So far just says PSS, bringing the hope that there could be a Vita title in the cards then maybe.
I want this! We need more boardgames coming to PSN. Love Blokus and Catan – of course Monopoly too but its great to see other games are now looking at it
This looks fun. I like the rotating rooms idea. This would be great as cross-play on PS3 and Vita.
