Will A Change In Your Diet Be Your Acne Cure?

Which is worth more? A real acne cure or a false acne cure. When it comes to acne cures, there are perhaps hundreds if not thousands of them out there. Some are similar in many ways.
However, when it comes to the question, Which is worth more, the false cure is worth infinitely more to your health care provider.
Why, you may be asking. There is much more money in their pocket if they can keep you coming back for more of their exams and creams and ointments. It is called job security.
Where would their security come from if they sent you, their patient, home to eat a healthy diet and their acne went away in a few weeks?
The medical society will flatly deny there is a connection between acne and diet. They will steal all of your hope of ever curing your acne with a change in your diet. And…
all the while, there are countless trials which will prove otherwise. Have you ever noticed when you eat certain foods your acne gets much worse? Have you ever noticed when you ate a healthy nutritional diet your acne seemed to get better. There is some truth to the little quip “eat pizza and get a pizza face”.
For a truth, conventional medicine will never cure acne. It may give some relief in the symptoms but big pharma will never address the core cause of acne. There is way too much money selling you those creams and ointments and wipes. They are not in the business of giving relief. They are in the business of making money, and lots of it. Billions are spent annually on acne treatments that do not work.
The reality of it all is, diet is hugely responsible for a bodies acne. A clear skin diet means less acne for you and less money for big pharma. Which do you think they are going to promote? You can rest assured it will not be an acne cure. Millions for research but not one dime for a cure.
Have you ever heard, “You are what you eat”? Well, it is true. Your diet will shape you just like the wind and the rain will shape the landscape around you. What is eaten begins to shape the body at a cellular level. And it continues on until the whole organism or body is shaped.
It is often not until something like acne comes along we realize there is something out of balance. Acne does not appear overnight. It takes many months and sometimes years for the symptom of a polluted body to show up as acne.
Of course acne is not the only external symptom of a polluted body. Allergies of every kind are screaming for the body to cleans it self. Colds and flu and cancer are all indicators of the body being out of balance.
All of these are symptoms of serious internal problems. It is the bodies way of warning those who are smart enough to listen there is a problem “Houston. We got a problem here.”
Do you know many of these diseases are almost entirely a western civilization phenomena?
That is right. The United States has almost exclusive rights to acne and a whole host of other diet related maladies. Well over 80% of teenagers and young adults suffer from acne. Many suffer from it for years and years.
Are you sugar addict? if you are you probably suffer from sugar related acne. Do you know white flour, white rice, and sugar are almost the same thing? The rice and flour will turn almost instantly to sugar when consumed. This leads to a spike in blood sugar levels and the body needs to do something with it.
That something is to increase levels of insulin which rush to lower that high blood sugar and a host of other hormones which overwhelms the liver and the internal system. The increase of hormones encourages the skin to secrete huge amounts of sebum oil. You know, that greasy oil that encourages the growth of bacteria in the skin, resulting in a bad case of aggravated acne and a terrible looking face you want to hide from.

Get off of milk and perhaps there is a huge chance your pimples will get off of you. Science even says so. If there is one diet change you should make, it is to give up dairy products. If you want clear skin make this a resolution and do not wait for New Years to do it. Do it now!
Diet is not the only contributing factor to acne. It is up to you to take responsibility for your health. Not only will your acne improve, but so will your overall general health. Such a deal.
