Thrusters sound like the elite dash move from Reach to me (and in fact could Spartans do it too IIRC?) and it's interesting that they've ditched armour lock. They must have worked out it was basically effective at pausing the game for about 5 seconds before the person using it generally died, or a really cheap and easy way to get rid of Ghosts.

Nothing ground-breaking here, which hopefully means it will be nicely balanced and not too intrusive so they are just a little something to add to the mix, rather than dictating how you play.
