Currently, there is no permanent Arthritis treatment or Arthritis remedy. Arthritis can only be managed by proper diet, exercise, food supplementation, drugs and surgery. It is important that a person should maintain a normal or healthy weight before starting any type of arthritis treatment. Excess weight stresses the joints which in turn makes arthritis even worse. Arthritis Pain Relief

Arthritis pain relief can be achieved in a short amount of time by using topical numbing agents, oral pain killers and anti-inflammatories. Topical numbing agents include Methyl Salicylate and Capsaicin. Oral pain killers such as Ibuprofen works more effectively than topical numbing agents. NSAIDs help reduce the inflammation associated with arthritis. It is important to note that there is an associated long term side effect with the use of Oral pain killers and NSAIDs. Topical numbing agents offers very little side effect when used as arthritis remedy.
