Back with the ex! Ashley Benson looks like she's just rolled out of bed as she heads for breakfast with Ryan Good

Ashley Benson seems to having second thoughts about letting her former boyfriend go.

The Pretty Little Liars star was spotted sharing breakfast the morning after Halloween with Ryan Good.

The blonde actress, 22, had messy bed-hair and was wearing a navy coat over a print blouse, blue jeans and beige boots.

Ashley seemed to be trying to hide behind her dark sunglasses.

Her date, meanwhile, looked sloppy-chic in woolly cap, long-sleeved shirt and faded black jeans.

It's the first time Ashley has been seen with Punk'd producer Ryan - who is best friends with Justin Bieber - in weeks.

Ashley had been said to be dating her Spring Breakers co-star James Franco, who is 12 years her senior.

Those romance rumours were fuelled even more when very revealing pictures surfaced on Instagram earlier this month showing Ashley and James hugging and kissing at Universal Studios.

Ashley was also spotted holding hands with the 34-year-old actor at L.A.'s Haunted Hayride, according to The New York Post.

Franco, however, may have dashed Ashley's hopes of a serious relationship.

In a blog for Huffington Post, the heartthrob indicated that he would never 'tangle' with Ashley.

Franco wrote: 'I also hear that I've been dating Selena Gomez, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Benson. Hot damn, am I a lucky guy.'

He added: 'As for Gomez and Benson, those are Bieber's girls and I wouldn't dare tangle with the Biebs. I heard he wants to kick my ass. Yikes!'
