Baywatch beauty Pamela Anderson is returning to the water for a campaign to save the whales.

The buxom blonde arrived via Jet Ski on Friday at the Sea Shepherd SSS Brigitte Bardot, which is docked in Marina del Rey, California.

While the 45-year-old is known for her curves, Pamela kept her stunning figure under wraps in a form-fitting black wetsuit.

The actress posed for pictures and took part in a news conference promoting the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society’s 2012 campaign to defend the whales.

The group's mission called Operation Zero Tolerance will officially begin on November 5th in the North Pacific off of Japan.

It will involve four ships, a helicopter, three drones and more than one hundred international volunteers, all trying to stop Japanese whalers.

The ship that Anderson posed atop will be one of the four ships taking part in the operation.

Operation Zero Tolerance will be Sea Shepherd’s ninth campaign defending at-risk whales in Antarctica.

Environmental activists say over the years, they have caused the whalers tens of millions of dollars in losses.

Anderson is a long-time animal rights and environmental activist.

She has volunteered for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) and taken part in campaigns against seal hunting in Canada.

I find it interesting that this woman is held up as some sort of heroine for saving all the animals but is pro-abortion.........very sad, very twisted that a mother would put more value on the life of an animal over another HUMAN!

All credit to Pam, while some lesser celebs sometimes tag on to such campaigns as a fad and may actively work against them just months later, she has built up a consistent record over the years.

There comes an age at which women need to stop pretending they are still babes, and cover up gracefully. Pam has now reached it.
