All hell breaks loose! Maroon 5's Adam Levine and girlfriend Behati Prinsloo dress as tattooed bikers for their Halloween cemetery party

They're one of Hollywood's most attractive and well-groomed couples.

But singer Adam Levine and his Victoria's Secret model girlfriend Behati Prinsloo were barely recognisable as they dressed as the heavily tattooed stars of Sons of Anarchy for Adam's Halloween party on Wednesday night.

Even though he was hosting Hollywood's biggest party of the night, the Maroon 5 frontman clearly had time to let his hair down and have fun with his fellow guests.

Wearing a long haired wig and a scraggy beard, the 33-year-old singer looked just as genuine as any real Hell's Angel, sporting fake tattoos on his arms and neck.

The star had clearly gone all out for the bash, as he wore a leather jacket and baggy jeans complete with chains.

His 23-year-old supermodel girlfriend had also gone all out, wearing a short blue wig, facial piercings and a number of intricately drawn fake tattoos on her arms.

Fellow party guests made just as much effort as their hosts, including Rose McGowan who seemed to be dressed as a snow queen, while actor Breckin Meyer looked like he was enjoying himself dressed as Tigger.

Sophia Bush wore a black bustier and strapped a bizarre board to her back, pasted with what looked like feminist imagery.

The star took to Twitter, saying: 'I almost forgot to post my Halloween costume y'all! Just a #BitchInABinder where she belongs -- oh wait. That there is…'

American actress Alessandra Torresani donned a bright red wig and a tail as she dressed as Ariel from The Little Mermaid, while British star Judi Shekoni wore a short silk dress.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart made a rare appearance together, putting on a public display on affection.

As for their Halloween costumes, R-Patz and Stewart didn't exactly pull out all the stops.

True to form, they made understated appearances in casual clothing - with only their masks serving as an attempt to dress up.

Stewart, 22, wore wearing leggings and a green jacket, while R-Patz, 26, opted for his customary jeans and cap.

The next day, Adam and Behati seemed bright-eyed and bushy tailed as they were spotted out and about in LA as they stopped off for some food.

The couple obviously hadn't had time to remove all of their fake tattoos as they still sported the words: 'Sons of Anarchy' all over their bodies.

Looking dressed down, the pair were clearly still recovering from the night before.

They were NOT dressed as Hells Angels as said several times in the article (note: the lack of apostrope in "Hells" is deliberate as their MC name doesn't contain an apostrophe) but Adam was dressed as a member of the fictional Sons Of Anarchy and his girlfriend as his old lady, not a biker chick. As infamous as Hells Angels are, their name cannot be used to describe all motorcycle clubs/"biker gangs". It would be the same as calling all 4x4 vehicles Jeeps.

You guys are going to get them beat up or worse. It is a very bad idea to dress as or pretend to be a Hell's Angel. If they catch you they will make you wish you didn't for example if you have one of their tattoos they will cut it off of you.
