Date night! Modern Family's Sofia Vergara holds on tightly to her future husband as they head out for intimate dinner

She's had a stressful week after intimate photos of her threatened to be leaked.

But Sofia Vergara seemed in high spirits as she went out for a romantic date night with fiancé Nick Loeb in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

The Modern Family star beamed as her businessman boyfriend clasped her hand tightly as they couple headed to top restaurant Mr Chow.

The Colombian actress looked casual for the intimate meal, wearing a skin-tight pair of black, skinny jeans paired with a black silk blouse.

Not one to let an opportunity to flaunt her curves pass her by, the star unbuttoned the black shirt to show a hint of her famous cleavage.

Adding a casual leather jacket to the look and a pair of towering black stilettos, the 40-year-old looked perfect for the low-key dinner at the popular celeb haunt.

Adding a touch of natural looking make-up to her look, the actress managed to enhance her natural beauty with just a dab of lipgloss and some shimmering eyes shadow.

Her husband-to-be also looked dressed down in a pair of blue jeans, a pale green shirt and a smart button-up black jacket as he headed into the Los Angeles restaurant.

Last weekend the loved up couple had been house hunting in New York but seemed to have left the area, as many others did, when news of Superstorm Sandy broke.

Rumours that photos of the Latino beauty, taken on Nick's phone, had been stolen and were potentially going to be published started circulating last week.

But Sofia doesn't seem to be letting it get her down as, looking blissfully happy as she strolled from her car to the restaurant on Thursday night.

The star has reportedly been working closely with her legal team to make sure that the photos are never published.
