Must get on with it! Naomi Watts and Liev Schrieber stock up on supplies in New York following Superstorm Sandy

They were forced to flee their house after the devastating Superstorm Sandy left them without any electrical power.
And it looks like Naomi Watts and Liev Schrieber are getting by just fine without their SoHo, New York home comforts.
The famous couple – who have checked themselves into five star accommodation – seem to be making sure their family is well looked after throughout the difficult time for America’s East Coast.
Errands to run: English-Australian actress Naomi Watts was spotted leaving the Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side in New York City on Friday
Australian actress Naomi was spotted leaving the Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and was looking on fine form in her winter attire.
The 44-year-old donned stretchy trousers with wedge boots and kept the upper half of her body warm in a sheepskin lined coat, purple scarf and floppy hat.
Considering the circumstances, the blonde looked rather cheerful as she carried a brown shoulder bag over to some chained up bicycles.
Alternative arrangements: Naomi has been staying in a 5 star accommodation after suffering a power outage at her SoHo apartment
Naomi only recently returned from Spain where she was promoting her new film The Impossible, in which she plays natural disaster survivor Maria Belon.
Dr Belon, her husband Henry and their three sons were holidaying in Thailand when the Indian Ocean tsunami hit on December 26, 2004.
Meanwhile her other half Liev, 45, was intent on making sure his boys stayed entertained after being taken away from their normal routine.
Daddy day care: Actor Liev Schrieber took his sons Alexander and Sam on a shopping trip to the Lego store
The power outage meant that their children got to stock up on their toy collection and he was seen returning from the shops laden with a huge bag.
He came back from a trip to the Lego store holding onto his son five-year-old Alexander’s hand while a nanny walked with Sam, four.
Liev wore prescription glasses before taking them off but also donned beige trousers and shoes with a black T-shirt, padded coat and cap.
Comfortable attire: He whipped off his prescription glasses later on and donned a padded jacket and beige trousers

I think this article is rather a misrepresentation. As reported elsewhere, Naomi and Liev fled uptown to the the posh Mark Hotel on the Upper East Side when their neighborhood lost electricity. Hundred of thousands of NYers who live downtown like myself who did not have friends to stay with or could not afford a hotel are the true heros. We had no electricity, heat, phone service, and some had no running water or hot water, for over four days -- some still have no electricity. So while I don't begrudge Naomi and Liev fleeing to a very exclusive 5 star hotel, please it is an insult to NYers to hold them up suffering any hardships or as any sort of heros.
