Step off the end of the deck & you are on the sand of the beautiful & private Sapphire Beach. The rear boundary of this property is the high tide mark of the ocean. As beachfront as you can get!
Laze on the daybed under the thatched Balinese gazebo, overlooking the heated spa & 14m fully tiled wet edge pool to the stunning ocean just metres away.
Step inside & you will love the style & class of this incredible home. Finished with Italian travertine & limestone tiles, jarrah & rosewood timber & furnished with only the very best.
Consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & around 450sq/m of living, this home will comfortably accommodate 8 people (additional persons possible on request).
The 2 living areas feature bi-fold doors which completely open to the ocean giving the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living. The main bedroom with private spa bath opens with French doors to the gazebo/pool/spa area. Sleep to the beautiful sounds of the ocean just metres away.
A short beach walk will take you to a great bar & restaurant.

Layout -
Located on the lower level, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite with spa bath, double vanity, walk-in robe & plasma TV. The French doors open out to the pool/spa/gazebo.
Also on the lower level is the large rumpus room with bi-fold doors opening the full width of the room to the ocean & the pool area. The rumpus also features a kitchenette with a bar table & stools with a large glass front bar fridge.
Garage, entry foyer, bathroom & laundry are also located on the lower level.
The upper level features the open main living, dining, kitchen & large balcony.
Second bedroom with king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe & private balcony.
Third bedroom with 2 queen beds, 2 way bathroom with mirrored built-in robe & private balcony.
Fourth bedroom with bunk beds. Double on bottom & single on top.

Weddings & parties not permitted.
A $350 cleaning surcharge applies to stays of less than 5 nights.
A 10% discount applies to stays of 7 nights or more outside of school holiday period.
