Until last year Jillian Michaels had never publicly revealed her sexuality despite being fully committed to her partner.

But making for a picture of happiness Jillian and her fianceé Heidi Rhoades were seen riding off into the sunset on Sunday in Los Angeles.

Atop a horse, the 38-year-old personal trainer was seen guiding the mare as Heidi sat behind and held on tightly.

Both Michaels and Rhoades appeared to be in good spirits as they jumped off the ebony stallion.

The doting couple, who have two children together - daughter, Lukensia, and son, Phoenix, sported almost identical outfits as they enjoyed their date.

Choosing to keep her locks hidden underneath a baseball cap, Jillian wore a white T-shirt with dark grey riding pants and a pair of knee-high black boots.

While Heidi wore a white V-neck with brown riding pants and black ankle boots as she allow her tresses to cascade down her shoulders in loose waves.

Jillian is currently preparing to return to The Biggest Loser this winter after a taking time off to bond with her children.

The show, in which overweight contestants compete to win a cash prize by losing the highest amount of body weight, is set to premiere its 14th season on January 6, 2013 with Jillian training alongside Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince.

When the reality TV show returns, it will do so with two premiere episodes as the trainers help teenagers battle their weight.

Speaking about the producers decision to feature young people on the show, Jillian told the Today Show: 'It's obviously something that needs to be handled with kid gloves, but it's something that needs to be handled.

'The producers have been consulting some of the top experts, pediatricians, child psychologists, to help us deal with this in the most delicate and appropriate ways.'

Excited to be a part of the new format, Michaels said: 'That's right where I want to be, right in the sweet spot, right in the frying pan. I couldn't miss an opportunity to be part of it.'

Meanwhile Jillian recently opened up about the trails and triumphs of becoming a new mom - a role she calls one of the most 'magical, meaningful and rewarding' of her lifetime; and also one of the most 'chaotic' experiences.

The fitness guru told People.com she makes it a priority to keep her kids involved in her workouts.

'I like to take Phoenix hiking in a Björn, or Lu for a bike ride in the sidecar or out with me on the paddle board,' she said.

'I take them for jogs with my jogging stroller, and we love to play on the beach. I do everything I can to be active with my kids.'

I stopped watching "TBL" after Jillian left, It's nice to see she's returning & happy in her relationship & with her adoptive children. She still looks smoking hot, her mate too!
