If you are not satisfied with an accessory product sold by ShopAndroid for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs) if returned within 60 days of delivery. There is no re-stocking fee.

For apparel (which includes hats and pins) we have a 30-day return policy providing always that the article is unworn.

Misshipped or Defective Products

If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please email or call (888) 468-6158 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.

Outside of the 60 day return window

If your product becomes defective after the 60 day return policy, please email or call (888) 468-6158 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
