Cuddling up together as they posed on the red carpet for the London premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 on Wednesday night, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart looked happier than ever.
But the on-off couple put on a much more awkward display as they attended a photocall for the latest movie in the vampire romance at the Villamagna Hotel in Madrid, Spain, on Thursday.
Gone was their cosy closeness and in its place was a spot of somewhat stiff body language.

Although the co-stars - who play on-screen lovers Edward Cullen and Bella Swan in the franchise - had their arms wrapped around each other, the distance between them was clearly visible as they posed alongside fellow Twilight cast member, Taylor Lautner.
The distinctly on-edge display was a far cry from the affection the couple showed towards each other the previous evening, with Kristen even lovingly resting her head on her boyfriend's shoulder as they hit the red carpet in London's Leicester Square.
For her daytime appearance, the 22-year-old actress left behind the racy revealing Zuhair Murad ensembles she had fashioned at both the London and Los Angeles premieres of the movie.

Instead, Kristen enhanced her slim silhouette in a monochrome Julien Macdonald illusion dress with unusual gold beaded detailing around the neckline.
Meanwhile, Robert opted for a casual look in a checked lumberjack-style shirt, leather detail bomber jacket and black jeans in contrast to the dapper Burberry suit he donned at Wednesday night's premiere.
The couple delighted fans - some of whom had been waiting for the screening for days - on the red carpet in London, spending plenty of time signing autographs and posing for photographs.

Breaking Dawn Part 2 is the final film in the vampire series and it will be the last time fans will see Robert and Kristen playing Edward Cullen and Bella Swan.
The couple were recently reunited following a tumultuous past few months, which saw the pair break-up and then make-up after Kristen's summer indiscretion with her 41-year-old married Snow White and The Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.
Last July, the star's fling came to light after photos surfaced showing her and Sanders kissing and hugging in Los Angeles.

In the months since, Kristen and Sanders both issued public apologies for their behavior and Rob and Kristen seem to have inched their way back together.
'We’re going to be fine. We’re totally fine,' Kristen said when previously asked about the potential for 'awkward public appearances' as she and Rob promoted Breaking Dawn 2.

middle of last month, the couple were finally spotted together for the
first time, when they went to a pub in Los Feliz, confirming that their
relationship was back on track.
Since then they have been spotted together numerous time off the camera, as well as doing some on-screen interviews alongside each other for the lead-up to the film.

Whatever DM! Remember they are 8 hours off of their time zone, appearing in 3 or 4 European cities, that MIGHT have something to do with their less than starry look, yes?
