Roman holiday: Mila Kunis sports elegant Hepburn-esque updo at Haiti fundraiser in Italy

With her latest big role being a comedy foil for a foul-mouthed cuddly bear in Ted, you'd have to have your tongue wedged into your cheek to compare Mila Kunis to Audrey Hepburn.

But these are different times, and if there's anyone that Mila resembled as she arrived at a Haiti fundraiser in rainy Rome tonight... it was the elegant screen icon.

The 29-year-old had opted for a very neat chignon tonight that showed her off her huge eyes and perfectly symmetrical bone structure without the fuss of either heavy make up or earrings.

It's a look that the effortlessly beautiful Hepburn made her own.

Given the rainy weather in the Italian capital, Mila kept a thick woolly coat on to walk into the venue with her Third Person director Paul Haggis.

The black tie extravaganza was held at Cinecitta Studios in the romantic city.

Mario Bello,45, also opted for a little black dress, wisely given the wet day.

Mila will star with James Franco on one episodic section of the Paul Haggis movie Third Person; the pair have been filming it in the Italian city over the past couple of days.

It was also recently announced that she will be an executive producer on the upcoming drama Meridian Hills, which is about the women's liberation movement.

The plot centres on a 'young, newly married woman who joins the Junior League, discovering an eclectic group of other young women who become unlikely allies in her quest to change the system' around the 1970s

I think Mila's features are a lot heavier and more jowly than Audrey Hepburn.'s finer features Different types of looks.

How could anyone compare the woefully unattractive Hepburn to an acutally beautiful woman like Kunis? Sorry, but Hepburn was a poor actress and nowhere nearly as attractive as she has been hyped to be. I've never understood why people think she was so wonderful.

Audrey Hepburn wore mascara and heels. I wore mascara and heels last night, was I also Hepburnesque? It was uncanny, I wore a black turtleneck as well.
