Voting with her feet: Kim Kardashian shows off beau Kanye West's latest shoe design
|
Only a few days ago she was embroiled in a bitter political war of words on Twitter after dipping her toe into the Israeli-Palestinian debate.
But on Sunday, Kim Kardashian was back on more familiar footing on the social media website, posting a photo of her latest gift from her rapper-turned-designer beau.
The seemingly trouser-less reality TV star showed off her new shoes by Italian footwear designer Giuseppe Zanotti crafted in honor of West's Cruel Summer album.

Kim, who appeared to be in her dressing room tweeted a photo of herself sitting cross-legged in the white stiletto heels, called 'Cruel Summer'.
The shoes which were first shown at Milan Spring/Summer 2013 fashion week last month take ancient Greece as their inspiration and feature a cut-out leaf design.
Fashionistas will be green with envy as the chic sandals are not even on the shelves yet.

Kanye and Italian shoe designer Zanotti also collaborated on a pair of shoes earlier this year that loyal love Kim wore on several occasions.
The $5800 knitted ivory sandals were made especially for the rapper's DW by Kanye West catwalk show, which debuted at Paris Fashion Week in March.
While the clothing line was universally panned by fashion critics and Kanye did not return to fashion week this season, the shoes were a hit and this latest addition to the collaboration is causing a stir in fashion circles.

Over the weekend the Armenian beauty found herself in uncharted waters as she became entangled in a war of words on Twitter over the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
On Friday morning Kim had sent out a tweet to her almost 17 million followers declaring that she was 'Praying for everyone in Israel.'
The comment immediately met with a violent backlash, including death threats leading the 32-year-old to add: 'Praying for everyone in Palestine and across the world!'

But after the vitriol continued Kim deleted both statements from her account and was forced to followed up with a longer post entitled: 'A Message to You Guys.'
'I want to own up to and explain that earlier today I sent out two tweets about saying prayers for the people in Palestine and Israel and after hearing from my followers, I decided to take down the tweets because I realized that some people were offended and hurt by what I said, and for that I apologize,' she wrote.
'I should have pointed out my intentions behind these tweets when I posted them. The fact is that regardless of religion and political beliefs, there are countless innocent people involved who didn't choose this, and I pray for all of them and also for a resolution.'
