Most women dream of starring in a rock video.

So Noomi Rapace must have been ecstatic when she was offered the holy grail of music roles by The Rolling Stones.

But the band's new single Doom and Gloom - their first track since 2005 - featured more than just a display of her acting credentials but a full frontal close-up of Noomi's chest.

Whilst the ageing rockstars jam in black and white, the Prometheus actress performs in full technicolour.

And Noomi is really put through her paces as she takes on multiple personalities throughout the video.

From an air stewardess to a fighter pilot, to a zombie killer, to a blue-haired punk, the 32-year old Swede takes on nearly as many roles as she has in her entire movie career.

The anti-capitalist message is emphasised by the images of poverty and war in between throwbacks of Mick Jagger thrusting his old man thighs.

And what kind of social protest video would it be without the melancholy portrait of a pretty women smoking a cigarette with a despondent look on her face?

With this in mind, Noomi Rapace is the obvious choice for this disenfranchised character, for she is the actress who first brought hostile feminist Lisbeth Salander to the silver screen.

Licked: The actress recreates the classic rock and image of a girl smoking a cigarette under the band's logo

As the video continues, the images get more explicit, with Noomi flashing her chest and seen forcing herself to be sick after a gluttonous feast.

The Rolling Stones clearly wanted to cover every global issue impacting the world in their four minute track taken from Grrr! their new album.

But in the end the only cure for Noomi's character's physical depression is to rock out with Mick Jagger, obviously.

Rocker: Ronnie Wood rocks out in the new video for Doom and Gloom
Beat: Drummer Charlie Watts still has rhythm at the age of 71

And as the actress and the band's worlds collide, she gets a real vocal spanking by the lead singer.

The Rolling Stones will be performing Doom and Gloom during their 50 and Counting live concerts kicking off at 8pm on Sunday 25th November at The O2 Arena in London.

And fans will be happy to hear that Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor are confirmed as special guests, which will be the first time they have performed with the band for over 20 years.

There will be no support acts during the London stage of the tour.

Excellent song. Sorry DM, I don't see the song as Anti-Capitalist at all. Listen to it again.

I love the fact he is singing anti capitalist lyrics when its captialism that has given him his lavish lifestyle for so many years. I dont see anyt of them giving all that money away to the needy. Hypocrites. And if you are going to shamelessly try to flog your video by having exposed breasts in it you may as well have a good looking model with a nice figure rather and skinny and grumpy looking. An all time low for the rolling stones

AntiCapitalist while they get rich off the capitalist society? Do they even get their own hypocrisy or do they really think they have a "message"?

She's 'the girl,' beautiful, talented, intense, and can't be replaced by Rooney Mara as Salander!
