How does she do it! Megan Fox shows off her incredible post-baby figure in unforgiving leggings

If we wiped your memories and told you that this woman has just given birth, would you believe us?

Megan Fox looked was camera ready today as she arrived at The Grove almost two months after giving birth to baby Noah on September 27.

The Transformers actress looked slim and relaxed, and strangely... a lot more groomed than she used to look away from the red carpet before she was pregnant.

At this stage, most new mothers would have to be reminded to brush their hair, slap on some lipstick and actually leave the house but Megan is taking it all in her stylish stride.

Perhaps it's the very ordeal of being a new mother that's making the 26-year-old pay more attention to her appearance, whatever, she looked brilliant for a quiet afternoon off with Noah's daddy and Wedding Band star, Brian Austin Green.

As if to illustrate just how good the beauty's figure looks, she wore the most unforgiving of items: the dreaded leggings.

The gorgeous couple headed to the ritzy Sur La Table in The Grove to buy expensive foodstuffs ahead of the Thanksgiving celebration.

And unlike most of us, who will be retreating to the elasticated beauties after a Thanksgiving feed... Megan wore her leggings with short tops rather than a baggy T-shirt.

She also hopped into a gargantuan pair of wedge heels, which could be seriously hard to wander in for the sleep deprived... her husband offered a supportive hand.

That is until he was laden down with the couple's delicious goodies; of course, if Megan is still breastfeeding she won't be able to enjoy any of the pate or soft cheese they sell in the deli.

Megan obviously had no qualms about showing off her post-baby body in all its glory.

Megan didn't show signs of being pregnant until the last two months before she gave birth, keeping everyone guessing until the last moment.

Answer to: Mrs G , Wolverhampton, 22/11/2012 10:44 -----Would you say today: "José Mourinho, Chelsea's manager" or "Gordon Brown, UK prime minister", even after the first was fired by the club, and the second lost the elections? I've always thought that the job of a journalist is informing the people, and the fact that she was fired from the FRANCHISE "Transformers" is not exactly a "small" piece of information.

How dare he puts a bag to block out paparrazi camera? The same paps he used to announce the pregnancy. Remember the Hawaii shots? I can't stand him. He should count himself lucky he is with someone the media is interested in. Unless he will be like the other 90210 guys in which no one cares about.

She's nearly bak to normal because its her 1st,she's only 26 + let's face it with no career to speak of she has got to keep herself looking good for potential job offers.

I lost all my weight in 3 weeks without dieting, it all depends on your metabolism and how your body was before you got pregnant. Some women carrying more fat that others and never lose the baby weight whereas others lose it without even trying (as in my case). Also if you eat like a pig during pregnancy it´s normal that when you give birth you will be carrying extra weight and fat. I just ate normally making sure I cut out coffee and alcohol, never had any cravings gained about 10 kilos ,5 of which I lost in giving birth and the rest just fell off. The last thing on my mind after giving birth was how was I going to lose the excess weight. I was too busy looking after a baby.

Really, Amelia, this is the approach we're taking to new mothers? I managed to function fairly well after the births of both my sons - heck I even managed to remember to bathe! And threw a 30th birthday party for my husband when my second son was three weeks old.... Oh, and - amused boy , nowhere, Åland Islands, 22/11/2012 10:14: 'Again: the "transformers actress"?! She was notorioulsy FIRED from transformers!' - funny, because I have the first film on DVD and she appears to be in it... And I'm fairly sure she was in the second as well. She was fired before the third film, which I would say makes her an actress in Transformers; hence 'Transformers actress, Megan Fox'.

She even posted the "news" of the birth of her kid on facebook after a month during which she realized that american tabloids couldn't care less. Only the DM still cares about her.
