The 43-year-old looked weak as he caught a break from playing real-life AIDS-afflicted character of Ron Woodroof in The Dallas Buyers Club.
Although his pregnant wife Camila Alves has a constant presence onset the 6ft actor looked frail without his other-half as he walked into his trailer clutching a cup of iced tea.

With still a couple of months to go, Camila is only going to get bigger unlike her husband - the pair married in June - who has been shrinking away.
In a new interview the 6ft-tall actor reveals he now weighs in at 143lbs - having lost 38lbs over the past few months (more than the 30lbs previously reported).
The 43-year-old's character Ron Woodruff smuggled life saving medicine into the United States, despite being very ill.

The star is sticking to a drastic regime of cardio, five ounces of protein a day and low carbohydrates to maintain his emaciated form.
'The organs shrink, so my stomach has shrunk as well,' Matthew told Hotfix.com recently.
'So as much as I can't wait to have that cheeseburger, on the day, it'll be damn hard to eat the whole thing.'

He is only "dedicated to his craft" because he has no acting and therefore nothing to carry his roles on, apart from overly-cheesy American manners, which some still find attractive and to follow, so at least one way he can try to win - on "dedication" (i.e. loosing weight).
