What a carry on! Twilight star Jackson Rathbone lets petite partner lug around their exhausted baby in New York
|
He is in constant danger of being mobbed by female fans as a star of the hit Twilight Saga.
So perhaps safety was the reason Jackson Rathbone let his petite partner Sheila Hafsadi carry their four-month-old son as they strolled around New York.
The jolly actor looked in an upbeat mood as he pranced around the Big Apple with the burlesque dancer and his adorable boy, who looked sleepy as he was carted around in his car seat.
Getting a workout: Jackson Rathbone let his partner Sheila Hafsadi carry their son Monroe in New York
While he is known as Jackson to his fans, he shares his real first name with his son Monroe ,who is the sixth generation of the upper crust family to bear the moniker.
In fact Jackson is actually the 27-year-old Breaking Dawn: Part 2 star's, as well as his son's, middle name.
The musician and actor looked in a happy mood as he made his way to an interview on the Today show, and even stopped to sign some autographs for his adoring fans.
Trendy Jackson wore a leather jacket, blue shirt and denims, while his girlfriend looked to be getting back to her best in a grey jacket and Ugg-style boots.

He recently heaped praise on his partner, saying: 'Right now she has the hardest job of all - she's a full time mum. I got the fun part of making the baby.'
And part of that job seems to involve carrying little Monroe during family outings.
The fan-friendly favourite, whose great-grandfather was oil magnate Monroe Jackson Rathbone II, has been keeping his supporters up to date with his boy's progress, and even recently tweeted a black and white family photograph for them to enjoy.
Jackson, who played empathetic vampire Jasper Hale in the hit romance series has been enjoying every last drop of the mania surrounding the saga drawing to a close.

He has been carrying out a raft of interviews, and yesterday revealed to Wendy Williams he has a new tattoo of a Heinz Tomato Ketchup bottle on his leg.
The actor said: 'I love ketchup. I got a lot of flack for it growing up from my family.
'My dad would always say "Do you want a little hamburger with that ketchup?" I was like "Dad I hate that joke."'
