A source told the website: 'There is an enormous mortgage on the property which is draining both Kelsey and Camille -and they have been trying in vain to unload the property.

'They currently have the house listed $16,000,000, having just lowered it by a million.'

When the property is sold the pair will split the money.

The judge did not issue an order, but rather set a hearing for next month.

Kelset is not having much luck with work as it was announced The Starz television network would not give the Frasier star another term as mayor of Chicago and was canceling the drama Boss after two seasons.

Obviously everyone has formed an opinion with shallow information. If he bought the house and she gets half after it's sold, he has a right to live in it until it sells. If any of you are naive enough to believe Camille is going away, you're truly mistaken. She needs to take what she's gotten, find a job and get lost. It's over and he has moved on. Unfortunately, this could be a problem since she has no sellable skills. And for those of you who don't understand a possible strategy for moving in the house. That could be a selling plus. After all, it is Kelsey Grammer.

Forget the wives, what about the children? How will THEY feel about their father living with his new wife in the old family home?

This is the man who refuses to say Camille's name out loud. Who is acting the old fool here? I'm sure his very young wife does not want to live in a house he shared with "that woman", but I guess she will continue to keep her mouth shut and her purse open.

Smack of the Halle Berry off of him!

Oh, and it makes MORE sense to pay the mortgage and have nobody live in the house? I think all that peroxide has gone to her head.

I am trying to be sympathetic to Camille, but she needs to pick her battles. Camille now lives in their Malibu home, as of season two of the RHOBH. There is no point of the Beverly Hills house just sitting empty if it is financially draining them both. I am sure te idea of your ex husband living in your old house with your replacement, hurts like hell, but you have to let some things go. Never give someone the power to know that they can still hurt you.

I agree with zombie from Ohio, and grumpy old woman. He should just buy Camille out. He is so thoughtless and selfish and I really thinks he likes keeping the fight alive. Why does he want to be involved with Camille over a fight like this, when he already has a nice new home for his new family? I think he really does not have a clue but loves the victim role. Pathetic.
