Description
A beautiful sylph-like Kaminoan, Taun We is the administrative aide to the Prime Minister of Kamino, Lama Su. When Obi-Wan Kenobi arrived at the rain-swept platforms of Tipoca City, he was greeted by the gentle Taun We.
Taun We explained that the Kaminoans had long been expecting the arrival of a Jedi envoy, since a Jedi representative, Master Sifo-Dyas, commissioned a clone army a decade earlier. Kenobi bluffed his way into the heart of the cloning operation, and had the naïve Taun We introduce him to the original source of the clones, Jango Fett.

Relationships
Kamino
Taun We is a native of Kamino. She lives in Tipoca City, the immense stilt-mounted settlement that contained the principal clone hatcheries used by the Galactic Republic.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
When Obi-Wan first arrived on Kamino, Taun We assumed him to be a representative of Sifo-Dyas. She provided Kenobi a tour of the hatchery as well as an introduction to both Jango Fett and Boba Fett.
clone troopers
Like most Kaminoans, Taun We was proud of the work done by the cloners. She and her prime minister, Lama Su, spoke highly of the development process that produced the clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic.
Shaak Ti
Shaak Ti was a member of the Jedi Council tasked to oversee the development of clones once the Clone Wars began. She worked closely with Taun We.
