Assuming the “no” is KNOW I would say your wrong. In Sweden if the police take you drunk driving, in essence DUI, the police report would say you got an RF.
RF is an abbrevation for RATT-FYLLA. Ratt = stearing wheel. Fylla = drunk. You can tell any police in Sweden that is was an RF, and they will instantly know it was a DUI. You can tell any criminal in Sweden that you got caught RF and they will all know instantly that it’s a DUI.
