Gamecsom 2012 took place this past week. If you've been following The Feed, you'll know Sony, EA, Capcom and many other publishers "brought it" this year. Next-gen console rumors are everywhere! We know their must be new consoles on the horizon, but we don't know when. Earlier this week Microsoft denied a new Xbox, but job listing suggest the "Xbox 720" will be released within the next 18 months. Nintendo's next console is raising some questions too. Will the Wii U be delayed in Europe ?

This past week was filled with exciting news and interesting videos.There was one game this week that stood out. I'm talking about Skyrim's DLC, Dawnguard. Microsoft's new tablet, The Surface, was announced this week by the company at a press event in Los Angeles. The Microsoft Surface tablet is poised to take on Apple's iPad and features a keyboard, kickstand, and a free cover. We dug deep in to the Surface this week, going in to 5 Reasons It's For Gamers and 5 Reasons It's Not. We also speculated about the kinds of games we want for the Surface, and we even got a hands-on demo.

EA have released the official Crysis 3 gameplay trailer, and all week long we've been talking about how amazing the game looks. The trailer shows off some hardcore action taking place in the middle of an overgrown New York City. Brand new weapons, alien enemies, and amazing graphics will all be featured. This weekend we headed to Boston for PAX East 2012. We got to preview games like Borderlands 2, Sleeping Dogs, League of Legends, and more. Every year, PAX seems to get bigger and better, with huge gaming companies like Microsoft, 2K Games, and even Nintendo coming out to Boston to take part in the amazing fan-based convention. X-Play will be shooting live on Sunday, so you'll get the chance to see Adam, Morgan, and Blair in action if you're attending. You won't want to miss it! There has been a wide range of news stories this week. Despite this, I've only been able to focus on one: Mass Effect 3. First I obsessed over the single player demo, and then the multiplayer. But what if I want it for the PC; I'll need these rad ME3 peripherals. If you want an early copy, look to space! Let us not forget the teaser trailer for the 90 second cinematic that will play during tonight's The Walking Dead.
