What People Are Saying...
I’m writing to share my recent experience in having Adrian as a life coach/personal life assistant. Over the summer, I decided to take on his introductory level coaching program, and I’ve got to say that as a result of that program, I’m a better person, a better father/husband, a better man all-around. But more importantly, he helped me realize my dreams and goals were something that I shouldn’t have set aside, but pursue…because they can be achieved! Week by week, our meetings helped me formulate a plan to pursue some of the things I mentioned would make me a happier person, and week by week, I have gotten a little bit closer to accomplishing the goals I have set for myself. I have to admit that at first, I was quite reluctant after having agreed to the session. I thought to myself, “How can he really help me? What does he know that I don’t already? This is just gonna be the same old motivational stuff I hear all the time.” And on top of that, we were meeting via webcast. I’m glad I still went through with it, because I could not have been more wrong. The webcast meetings were never a problem, we were able to meet “in person” each week, even though we were a few thousand miles apart. In fact, it made it EASIER to meet when we had scheduling conflicts on a couple of occasions, because all we needed was our laptops. Each week, Adrian provided me with a new tool, a thought process, or perspective, that would help me along in getting what I wanted most in the world. Without delving into the specifics of what the program entails, Adrian taught me that in order to be happy, life needs to be balanced…in short, work hard, play harder! He also taught me to make my goals SMART so that they can be real and achievable, which is not what I had prior to the program. I would recommend working with Adrian to anyone; he’s down to earth, he can relate to you, and he’s very easy to talk to and work with. He’s very supportive and really helped motivate me to go after the things I dream about! But not only that, he is just an all-around good person and his positive energy really makes for a good working relationship!
Words of Wisdom
I believe that a life of integrity is the most fundamental source of personal worth. I do not agree with the popular success literature that says that self-esteem is primarily a matter of mind set, or attitude — that you can psych yourself into peace of mind. Peace of mind comes when your life is in harmony with the true principles and values and in no other way.
