Andy has a multi-faceted role overseeing the Centre of Excellence Under-17s, managing the reserves (as well as the University of Herts women’s football team) and working with Laura Harvey in the Elite Education Programme.
His responsibilities also include player recruitment and scouting for the youth section.
Andy joined in the summer of 2011 from Teesside COE, where he was Head Under-17s Coach. He was also a lecturer at Middlesbrough College and a youth coach at Darlington FC.
