• SEMS-3.10 Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Requirements consists of 3 major sections, requirements applicable to: (1) All Suppliers, (2) Suppliers that Manufacture or Process Company Products and (3) On-Site Contractors.
• WWS-07 Worldwide Standard on Environmentally Restricted Substances, Reportable Substances, and Other Material Requirements outlines restrictions and reporting requirements for environmentally hazardous substances used in the manufacture of LSI's products (including packing materials to ship LSI products).
• The Supplier Evaluation for Social Responsibility and Environmental Performance Questionnaire is referenced in section 4.2 of the SEMS-3.10 Supplier Requirements document listed above. Important: A user name and password will be assigned for each subcontract manufacturer. For companies with multiple locations providing products to LSI, please complete a questionnaire for each manufacturing location.
