'It's going to be awful... my ass will get so big!' Kim Kardashian stuffs cushion up her top to simulate being heavily pregnant

Her figure has been her fortune, and Kim Kardashian obviously takes pleasure from having a classic hourglass figure.

So it's unsurprising that the 32-year-old is a little concerned that she'll lose her shape as her first pregnancy develops.

In Sunday night's Kim and Kourtney Take Miami, the younger sister got some help with her imagination about how it's going to feel and look being pregnant.

Two time mother Kourtney, 33, showed Kim the future by handing her a cushion to stick up her top... thus simulating the later stages of her pregnancy.

Kourtney, who is mother to Mason and baby Penelope, encourages her sister by telling her she looks like a hot mother with the bulbous stomach but Kim is not happy.

'It's going to be so awful,' she is heard telling Kourtney. 'My ass is going to get so big.'

But Kim also discovered a wonderful bonus to having a child; that breast milk can ease her symptoms of psoriasis when applied topically.

Obviously, the reality star - expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, 35, isn't due until July so to discover this wonder cure all, she had to 'borrow' some of Kourtney's milk.

Kim's friend Jonathan Cheban was her co-conspirator, and when they were busted he had to take one for the team and pump his own breasts.

In the end, after she caught Kim, Kourtney told her to just ask next time and squirted her milk on her sister's leg.

'Ew! Ew! That is so disgusting that you can just squeeze that and have it come out,' Kim exploded.

Meanwhile Scott found a new lady friend - Dani.

Because she's a lesbian, Scott felt that it was fine to be friends with her but obviously Kourtney didn't see things from his point of view.

After Kim accidentally sent the text in which Kourtney let rip at Scott for myriad issues, they actually had a good conversation.

She told him that she cares about him and not just because of the children, and they agreed that they were heading to a bright future.
