I have five children, and there is domestic violence claim against me by Child, Youth and Family Services, because the children’s father made a false complaint to CYFs. CYFs believed him and took my children away from me. For over one month during last Christmas holiday in 2007, I was living without my children and CYFs would not even let me see them. My lawyer could not do anything about it.
Then, I found Mr Orlov, he fights with CYFs step by step, and my children are living with me now. My children are so happy. We think Mr Orlov is an excellent lawyer who had been very patient toward me and my my children. He takes good care of his clients and does actually care about his client. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

We are committed to Human rights and our experience in this field allows a comprehensive approach which covers the District, High, Appellate and Supreme Courts and if necessary representation to the United Nations Commission on human rights. Very few law firms can do all this in house at a reasonable cost – we can and do.
The Family is the most important area of human life but like freedom and air we only recognize its importance when it is gone. The importance of substantive and procedural rights is of great importance yet surprisingly often we are instructed in matters where the rights of families and children have been breached by the state or even [“on occasion”] by the family court itself.
