The South Oxfordshire Shamanic Group is
starting up again soon. It is a group that will meet
monthly to practise core
shamanic journey techniques with others, and to share and talk about shamanic experiences.
The drumming group has explored shamanic ritual, song, art, dance,
healing and, of course, the shamanic journey. It allows individuals to deepen their relationship with spirit helpers
and teachers, as well as meet new people on a similar path.
Meetings are themed and all have the
aim of bringing in power from the spirit world into this reality to enrich and
deepen our lives. Meetings are for those who have a basic ability to
journey shamanically, and have completed a course with a recognised
teacher. This means we all start from a place that allows us to deepen our
connection, and helps us to ground the power of our experiences. If you
would like to find out more, or would like to do a basic course in shamanism
first, contact Joanna or see latest course
information. The group is 'open' to individuals to attend as they wish.
If you are interested in joining
this new group please contact Joanna asap at OSG@shaman.org.uk
- knowing how many people will be interested will affect our choice of
venue. Cost will be according to venue, but from £5-10 and will include
refreshments and a donation to Friends of the Earth.
