Corporate digital subscriptions allow organizations to provide NYTimes.com digital access to their employees, members, or customers, under one bill and at a group discount. We provide access in three different ways:

  • NYTimes.com Group Subscriptions: Group subscriptions provide digital access to individuals within an organization. The organization supplies the e-mail addresses, names and/or titles of whoever will be provided with access. NYTimes.com + Smartphone Apps, NYTimes.com + Tablet Apps and All Digital Access subscription options are available under the NYTimes.com Group Subscription program.
  • NYTimes.com Group Passes: Group passes provide digital access to a set number of individuals who are within an organization’s network. A group pass grants 24 hours of digital access to The New York Times from any location. Anyone within the organization’s network is able to activate a group pass – up to the number of daily group passes set by the organization. NYTimes.com + Smartphone Apps, NYTimes.com + Tablet Apps and All Digital Access subscription options are available under the NYTimes.com Group Passes program.
  • NYTimes.com Site Licenses: Site licenses provide digital access to all individuals who are within an organization’s network. A Web-only NYTimes.com subscription option is available under the NYTimes.com Site License program.

The minimum number of users depends on the size of the organization and the type of access that is selected. There is no maximum number of users.

3. How are corporate digital subscriptions billed?

Corporate digital subscriptions are billed annually. Invoices are mailed to the organization before or soon after the group subscription access begins.
