Well Services Supervisor - UK - J7556

Our Client, a Major Operator, urgently require a Well Services Supervisor of the highest calibre for an offshore contract position based on the North Sea. Start Date: ASAP Previous experience on the North Sea is essential.

The Role:

The Well Services Supervisor role is to provide well site supervision for all well interventions activities (rod jobs, pumping, surface wellhead, slickline, braided wire, coiled tubing, well test, hydraulic workover, workover and completion, abandonment and subsea intervention operations) to ensure the objectives are delivered safely, cost effectively, without damage to the environment and in full compliance with Company policy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery to the OIM on platforms for all non-rig operation, rig operations support, as well as the site manager for onshore operations and functionally.

Responsibilities:

Demonstrating HSE leadership at all times.
Ensuring control and integrity of the well during all well operations.
Ensuring safe execution and delivery of well intervention activity in line with legislation, OMS expectations, Company Policy and Procedures and issued programmes; specifically:-
-Auditing both the activity and management systems of all service providers and reporting performance.
-Ensuring equipment is audited for compliance with legislative requirements.
-Ensuring all appropriate well intervention equipment is updated in the preventative maintenance systems and that maintenance routines are carried out in a timely manner
-Ensuring the cost effective use of services and equipment, and their timely return when operations are completed.
-Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all well intervention and completions personnel.
-Ensuring that HSE incidents are reported in line with regulations and Company guidelines.
-Ensuring, in the event of an emergency during a well intervention, the well being worked on is made safe and that the relevant persons are notified accordingly.
-Ensuring all activities undertaken are:
Discussed in a planning meeting.
Covered by procedure.
Adequately risk assessed.
Understood by all crew members involved in the task.
Performed in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the relevant procedures.
Reviewed to provide lessons learned and feedback to deliver continuous improvement.
-Ensuring the preparation and maintenance of accurate well records, handovers, handover notes, end of job reports and daily reports that reflect all well activities and key actions.
