January Jones is back on mother patrol.

Following rumours that she and Liam Hemsworth may have been romantically linked, the 35-year-old blonde bombshell was spotted out and about in Santa Monica with her son Xander.

The 35-year-old Mad Men star carried her one-year-old son in one arm, holding her black leather bag in the other.

January was super stylish in her white deep V T-shirt and striped skinnies that she cuffed at the bottom.

Teaming her outfit with a black leather belt and short lace-up booties, the actress added some edge to her simple yet chic pieces.

Concealing her eyes with jet black sunglasses and maintaining serious facial expressions, January seemed to be on a mission.

Just last Thursday, the X-Men: First Class star was confronted by the media as she arrived at Los Angeles Airport, after allegedly being linked to Miley Cyrus' fiance.

She was returning from her trip to France for Paris Fashion Week, where she showed off her love of retro style with a voluminous bob, pentagon-shaped shades, and high-waisted shorts.

January remained silent after being ambushed with questions about her and the Australian actor.

The two were spotted leaving a pre-Oscars bash together at the Chateau Marmont last month.

According to Star magazine, they were seen getting 'hot and heavy' inside the famous hotel, even sharing a kiss.

Yet, a source told People magazine: 'Miley still wants to get married [But] Miley and Liam have had some problems that they are working through.

'They have always had a very passionate relationship. They have a very strong physical attraction, but have very different personalities and backgrounds. This makes their relationship very complicated.'

Who knows, maybe she told him and he doesn't want to know? Or mayb Xander spends every other weekend with him? She's just private.
