Ed Miliband is on course to win a commanding majority at the next Election, according to a bombshell poll by Conservative donor Lord Ashcroft.

The survey of 213 marginal constituencies found the Tories would lose 93 seats to Labour, giving Mr Miliband a majority of 84 if a General Election was held tomorrow.

The Tory peer warned party members hoping to triumph in 2015 that they faced a challenge equivalent to military strategists ‘planning the final assault on Berlin while evacuating Dunkirk’.

The findings are also crushing for the Lib Dems, who would stand to lose 30 of their 46 MPs in England and Wales.

It comes after a separate poll found just 7 per cent of Tory members expect to win in 2015.

Lord Ashcroft said recently he had stopped bank-rolling the party, privately citing doubts about the party’s chances in 2015.

***********All thanks to DM promoting the crazy UKippers and damaging the Conservative vote. Shame on you! Bull O'Really?, badger news, 10/3/2013 3:24********* Thanks Bull but I don't need a newspaper to convince me who to vote for. I will be voting for UKIP this general election after being a Tory voter all my life. I am not crazy and have done my research. I appreciate taking my vote from the Tories as many others will be doing may give Labour an advantage but that is no reason to bottle out and stick with the same 3 tired mainstream parties. Voting for whom I want is my democratic right and I don't believe in wasting my vote or democratic right on tactical voting any more

Could this be Tory propagander, nothing more likely to get all tories to vote than to forecast a labour landslide.

There is a possibility that Labour will win the next general election, but that will be down to the electorate's short memories of how they almost destroyed this country the last time they were in power. What I would bet my shirt on however, is that if they do win, Ed Miliband will NOT be leader of the party. He's the Tories best ally.

Please Mr Ashcroft give your cash to UKIP not the loonies in the old three parties. Give them a helping hand and help us change the countries trough feeding elite for normal people. People who care what happens to the UK and do not do a sell out like Cameron has on Scotlands vote. How did he agree to their vote which isnt important to the other 90% of us in the UK and then refuse the 90% their referendum ??? How big was his bribe then??? Why is it he is too scared to do anything on immigration, on the Euro Human Rights Bill, on the EU exit, about terrorist deportations, on toughening up prisons, on banking bonuses and so on. What is his problem???

This demonstrates everything that is wrong with the current political system. It's just one big merry-go-round of incompetent, self-serving liars.

The only way the Tory party can be saved. Is to elect the likes of Bill Cash and rid the country of the EUSSR. Other wise Ukip. Or it's goodnight UK.

You Tories think you can kick all the ordinary people and then expect them to vote for you! Not just being stupid, many of those people will make sure they actually cast their vote next time, having previously thought why bother, they are all the same! They know differently now, Roll on the next election!
