Thanks for the update but... No support for BB8310!!! It's not such an old version. I had to download the "generic" 5.1 for Blackberry instead.

Thanks for the update. i'm getting a little more smooth page scrolling on my LG Neo than the previous(5.1.21214) version. And i'm not getting any 'problem reading from server' error anymore. it's now totally stable like the old 4.2 version. thank opera mini team smile

The mouse cursor acceleration problem seems to have been fixed (for the most part) on my BlackBerry 9700, but it simply made the cursor a lot faster and harder to click on links... Is it possible in the future versions to add an ability to specify mouse cursor scroll speed?

Why Samsung M3510 is not supported by OM 5? Its a JSR75 campatible phone. And its a 101% OM compatible.

towfiq-eee Saturday, November 20, 2010 7:35:41 PM

Siam OM 5 is far from stable

Landscape view option is still missing. I think Opera Mini 5.1 automatically toggles between views as you rotate the phone but only new models have built-in accelerometers so this doesn't work on most of the phones. An option for old phones will be handy.

Thanks,
Berkay

I still have ' out of memory ' and ' problem reading from server' errors what bugs are fixed then!

Tmelon Sunday, November 21, 2010 6:34:11 PM

Well it's much better than before, I have to admit. But it still seem to go fast and a bit laggy on my Curve 8530. It should be able to move the cursor smoothly like it does on the Default BlackBerry browser.

Zune, surely opera mobile is better. Cause it's a full featured browser but when you need to save money by data compression then you have no other choice but opera mini.

What's the difference between 5.1 and 10.1? I mean, 5 versions ahead and the browser is identical? (correct me if I'm wrong)

Anyway, I enjoy Opera a lot on my SE P1i and N97 Mini, seems to be running really smooth. \o/

Cloud03 Saturday, November 27, 2010 4:35:57 AM

Opera mini will be better if its download manager is like that of Opera Mobile, instead of opening the files immediately, it is downloaded.

And also its upload manager, it is better if the upload progress is shown...

Well, great app anyway!
:-)
