Omarosa is to sue La Toya Jackson over her claims she 'probably' caused her fiance Michael Clarke Duncan's death.
The reality television personality was outraged when the failed singer said she had 'probably pulled the chord' on the Green Mile actor, who died after suffering a heart attack last September.
Jackson made the comment after she was fired by Donald Trump on Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday, because she opted AGAINST selecting her rival as a candidate for the sack despite giving her a boardroom roasting.
After she was given the bullet she said: '(Omarosa)’s a conniving, scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke … and I thought Mr. Trump was falling for that fake cry. Such a lie!'
Lawsuit: Omarosa is set to sue La Toya Jackson after she claimed she caused her fiance Michael Clarke Duncan's death on Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday
In fact it is rumoured the former political consultant, whose full name is Omaroseonee Manigault, kept him ALIVE by performing CPR after discovering him in cardiac arrest last July, though he passed away later in the year.
And in a statement to Radar, her attorney said: 'La Toya Jackson’s statement on the March 17, 2013 episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, that the Reverend Omarosa Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory.
'Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack.
'It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan — the love of Rev. Manigault’s life — was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes.
'Ms. Jackson made the statement immediately after having been “fired” off the show, and blames Rev. Manigault for her loss.
Heart attack: It is rumoured Omarosa, here with Michael Clarke Duncan in 2012, saved his life by performing CPR
'It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a “sore loser” in making these disgusting statements in the wake of Rev. Manigault’s tragic loss.
'As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.'
La Toya shocked magnate Trump and her fellow contestants when she opted to save Omoroso just moments after begging to fire her.
The pair argued throughout, had a stand-up row and La Toya even called her an 'evil witch,' as well as making her shocking claims about her fiance's passing.
Omarosa, who previously served as an aide to Al Gore, seemed destined to be fired after walking out on the latest challenge after being told a TV show planned to air the 911 call from Mr Clarke Duncan's death, an excuse none of her teammates bought.
Not buying it: The team made it clear they did not believe Omarosa story about a PR emergency
La Toya made her feelings clear to Donald Trump in the boardroom when she begged: 'I am the project manager - can you give me the liberty and the opportunity for the first time to fire somebody on my team?'
'I will take you down - I will take you down if you disrespect me,'
Omarosa had previously warned Jackson when they came to blows during the challenge, with both women having stood up to confront one another, 'I am not your staff - get that straight. Next time you fix your mouth.'
After the row, La Toya was heard saying: 'That evil witch better not step foot in my house.
Crying: Omarosa broke down over the death of her beloved partner, actor Michael Clarke Duncan, and said she'd 'never, ever choose Apprentice over Michael'
'Omarosa's fiance passed away not long ago. He had a heart attack - I'm sure she gave it to him.'
Trump repeatedly asked if she understood what she was doing when she instead chose Dennis Rodman and Brande Roderick to join her in the boardroom for decision time, leaving Omarosa free
And after she claimed it was because she thought he was falling for her 'sympathy cry,' she simply put the final nail in her own coffin.
He said: ''It is a pretty easy choice. I hate to do it La Toya, but you made a terrible choice when you didn't bring back Omarosa - because probably would have fired Omarosa. La Toya, you're fired.'
'La Toya, you're fired': Donald Trump couldn't believe that Jackson didn't have Omarosa come to the board room since he would've fired her instead
