Jesus Christ makes an 'appearance' in a paint-splattered dropcloth

A Massachusetts man believes Jesus Christ has miraculously appeared to him - in a dropcloth covered in paint.

Brian Krantz, of Saugus, say there is no doubt what the abstract image represents: 'I can't deny this. This is what it is. It looks like Jesus Christ,' Krantz told Whdh.

The man said that he first used the protective covering around four years ago when he spray-painted his blinds. But when he noticed the divine presence last week he got a huge shock.

'My heart went a million miles an hour. I was hyperventilating,' Krantz admitted to Whdh.

As Krantz talks about the apparition he points out features that make up a vision of Jesus.

'A crown or a halo. Two eyes. Mustache, nose, there’s the chin, jaw line. His right arm out like that with cloths he was buried in hanging down,' Krantz reveals.

The man says he had used the cloth around 50 or 60 times before he noticed something special. Krantz only saw the image by accident when the cloth was folded.

But now Jesus has appeared to him, Krantz plans to frame the cloth, keep it close and hang it in his home.

Julie Anne Aloise, Krantz’s girlfriend, told Whdh she's not sure exactly what it means, but that it isn't a coincidence.

'I’m not sure why, but everybody needs some hope in life. And I hope that this is something that will give him (Krantz) hope,' Aloise said.

Can you at least put a certified photograph of Jesus up so we could compare the likeness? This won't get posted, will it DM....

Jesus can reveal himself in any way he likes. It might be him, it might not be. But it's not ok to make fun of people who do believe in Jesus Christ. If you don't, fine, get on with your lives, but stop taking the Micky out of people who do believe in God and His son. You just make yourselves looks ignorant and rude...

This is just an example of pareidolia. And I would hope Jesus would have better things to do with his time than appear in random places at random times.
