'She can have a tummy tuck': Kim Kardashian's aunt hint's at star's plans to deal with baby weight after giving birth

She's made no secret of the fact that she's getting worried about her changing shape.
But if Kim Kardashian's post-pregnancy fitness sessions and diet regime don't work, then the star's aunt has revealed that she might go in for a spot of surgery.
She might still have four months to go before she gives birth, but the reality star is clearly already planning ahead, facing her weight fears head-on.
Contemplating surgery? Kim Kardashian's aunt Joan has revealed that the star might have a tummy tuck after giving birth
'She can have a tummy tuck, which will take care of most of her weight fears,' Joan Kardashian has told Now Magazine.
'Other than her belly, which is rather flat, every other part of her body has ballooned. And this is Kim holding to a strict diet. Imagine if she let herself go?' Joan added.
Kanye West's other half, who is best known for her curvaceous figure, is worried that her weight will spiral out of control as her pregnancy progresses.
Weight worries: Kim has admitted to her fears of ballooning while pregnant, and is doing everything she can to keep her weight down
Feeling the pressure: Kim is hoping that she won't have to resort to surgery, as she is working out and sticking to a diet
'The family's trying to convince Kim to relax and worry about losing the weight months from now,' added the sister-in-law of the star's late father.
But Kim is clearly hoping that she won't have to resort to surgery as she's reportedly sticking to an extremely strict diet, consisting of five small meals a day.
After her pregnancy scare last week, the 32-year-old has had to cut back on her intense work-out sessions however and has enlisted celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson to oversea her exercise routine.
And it's not just her body that's driving her crazy, as the star is reportedly struggling with mood swings thanks to her heightened hormones.
Still working out: Kim has had to reduce her exercise regime since her pregnancy scare but it still trying to stay in shape
'Lately, Kim's started to notice that her hormones are all over the place and giving her 'crazy days',' a source told Closer.
'She's not having an easy time, she's waking at night in a panic with bad dreams. The exhaustion means she's then struggling during the day,' they added.
Although she's focusing on her pregnancy, Kim is still having to deal with the stress of her ongoing divorce battle with Kris Humphries, adding pressure.
Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister [Kourtney Kardashian] made it look or as my mom [Kris Jenner] has made it look,' the star told E! News recently.
'It's a little painful at times....I've gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It's getting a little more difficult.'

Not easy: Kim has recently admitted that she's finding her pregnancy difficult, and has been told to take it easy by doctors
