Still going strong! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart prove they HAVEN'T split as they are reunited after 64 days apart

They hadn’t been photographed together for over two months, leading many to speculate that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart had ended their relationship for a second time.

But the famously private couple are still going strong – and they proved this on Tuesday when they were spotted on a date together.

A fan photographed her friend posing with the Twilight stars as they left a Los Angeles karaoke bar together in the evening.

After posting the photo on her Twitter and Instagram pages, the fan was inundated with messages from Twihards asking her for more information.

‘I just ran into them at a karaoke bar by my house… mellow night,’ she tweeted. ‘They were just there hanging out with a few friends.’

The eyewitness added that they were ‘super nice… just normal people at a bar’ and posted that Robert and Kristen spent their evening ‘minding their own business hanging out in a booth with friends’.

As usual the couple were dressed casually for their night out, with Kristen sporting a bulky khaki jacket.

Meanwhile Robert showed off his much shorter hair after getting a buzz cut, wearing a red and black flannel shirt under a black jacket and jeans.

In the photo, the pair seem to be in great spirits, and it’s hardly a surprise.

Robert has just returned from Australia after wrapping filming on his movie The Rover, and it seems he headed straight back into his girlfriend’s arms.

Kristen, 22, did not visit her other half once during his nine weeks Down Under for the movie, which is described as a ‘near-future Western’.

While Robert was away, Kristen was spotted spending time with their co-star – and Rob’s on-screen love rival – in the form of Taylor Lautner.

What an awkard looking couple, they compliment each other nicely with their quirky styles. Dressed up they even match each other. I honestly think they are a good match. Stephanie Myer said they had an instant connection when they were doing the trial run for Twilight. Hope it works out for them.
