They celebrated their engagement with a trip to a strip club.

But Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis found a more sedate kind of date night as they attended the Broadway premiere of Breakfast at Tiffany's on Wednesday.

The affectionate couple held each other by the waist as they smiled for the cameras.

Olivia, 29, had her brunette ombre locks styled in loose curls that flowed over her black military-inspired jacket and chunky scarf.

She had a dark green dress poking out from under her coat, that she teamed with sheer black tights and a pair of leather wedge booties.

Even though she opted for a fresh-faced look, sporting subtle eye makeup and a nude lip colour, the Tron actress still glowed.

She even made it a point to hold her left hand up, so as to show off her engagement sparkler.

Meanwhile, her hubby looked chic in a charcoal grey blazer, white tee and dark denim trousers that he cuffed over his blue sneakers.

The scruffy Hangover comedian amped up his ensemble with a plaid scarf and heather grey hat.

The duo were much more conservative than the way they celebrated their engagement a month ago.

The New York Post reports that the House star took Jason to the Penthouse Executive Club on West 45th Street in Manhattan, where 'Olivia booked the private champagne room with two dancers.'

And they weren't the only stars to attend the opening night of Richard Greenberg's adaptation of the 1958 Truman Capote novel oortraying the life of Holly Golightly, a woman desired by men and envied by women.

Many know of Breakfast at Tiffany's as a popular Hollywood film, featuring the beautiful legend Audrey Hepburn, and the play featured Game of Throne's Emilia Clarke as the famous role of Miss Golightly.

Other celebrities to attend the much-anticipated premier include Annasophia Robb, Ben Vereen, and Patrick Stewart.

Just as her character Carrie on The Carrie Diaries interns at Interview magazine, Annasophia showed her support for the mag who was one of the hosts of the event.

Debbie Harry, legendary singer/songwriter of the punk band Blondie, was another star to make an appearance, looking ever-so-cool in her fur and velvet attire.

Hasn't this unshaven look had its day yet? It's time to get back to the clean-cut look, I think.

Another over-rated actress. And, I honestly don't find her beautiful. She seems so full of herself. Used to like Jason, but don't care for him anymore. And, I don't care to hear her gush about how great their sex life is. I mean "who" discusses that? Dis-tasteful and talentless.

Oh Olivia...you are soooo beautiful and wild, whoa going to strip club, you are the first woman to think of this. Private karaoke with fiance...wild woman you are. And so philosophical...not thinking you are pretty enough for Jason Sudeikis who is THE best looking human to ever walk the planet...LOL. Stop taking yourself so serously hon.

I wonder if Jason grew out his facial hair to distract people from noticing his son is looking just like him :)

I don't understand how Olivia gets work, everything she does flops at the box office. She's lost more money than any actor in Hollywood history yet she still gets roles thrown at her. Love her, great talent. - Trenchone , Dungan, United States, 21/3/2013 09:24------------------On the big budget movies she was never the the headliner (and Tron still made a decent profit - 400 million - worldwide). And in the indies case you never know if they bring back profit or not. Also other then her uniqe beauty she had the reputation of a very likeable, hard working person on set. And quite honestly her acting skills are getting better & better in my opinion. She was fantastic in Butter, and at least decent in movies like Deadfall, People Like Us or in Burt Wonderstone). Her maybe best performance yet (Drinking Buddies) got great (raving) reviews at SWSX festival, and was just picked of by Magnolia Pictures this week.

Great to see Ian McKellen & Patrick Stewart together! And Wilde & Sudeikis are once proving that they are a very cute couple together.
