She suffered a seizure on March 7, and spent five days in hospital.

So 28-year-old reality star Kelly Osbourne was understandably delighted to be given the all clear to return to life as normal and her beloved job on E!'s Fashion Police on Wednesday.

The lavender tinged rock progeny shared the good news with her estimable Twitter following, exclaiming: '#SoHappy I just got the al clear from my doctor to go back to work tomorrow!!!!!’

The British presenter was spotted out and about on Sunday looking well and happy after her medical mystery, but her Tweet suggests she'll be back in the studio on Thursday.

Kelly, the daughter of rock god Ozzy Osbourne collapsed in seizures for 30 seconds on the set of Fashion Police while speaking with guest Melissa Rivers.

'Kelly has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor,' her spokesperson told E! News in a statement on Tuesday.

'There are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual.'

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant took her Twitter to thank the medical team behind her recovery.

'Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff & Employees@CedarsSinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home its so nice to bein bed!' she wrote to her 2.8 million followers.

While on her show The Talk, Osbourne's mother Sharon said that she is doing fine and doctors are still puzzled as to the cause of the seizure.

'We all believe in the power of positive thinking and sending good vibes, and the Osbournes, we want to thank everyone,' the 60-year-old host said.

'And she's on medication. She's fine, nobody knows why she had it...Can't figure out a reason why, but she is fine and naughty.'

The Osbourne family has endured a large amount of medical problems over the years.

64-year-old Ozzy suffers from Parkin Syndrome, a genetic condition which causes involuntary shudders and hearing loss.

Matriarch Sharon survived colon cancer in 2002 and underwent a double mastectomy to prevent breast cancer last year.

And Kelly's 27-year-old brother Jack announced that he has Multiple Sclerosis last year.

They know exactly what caused it, they are just hiding it. Illicit drugs...some unapproved weight loss drug...this family has paid to keep it quiet. You honestly think that Sharon is going to let the hospital release her precious little twit without a proper diagnosis? NOT.

A sweet homecoming from Joan Rivers AKA Freddy Kruger? I have caught a glimpse of this show while my GF is here @ my home and all I can do is ask Why are any of those talentless people there and getting paid to insult or criticize others? Joan Rivers would make a fortune for three lifetimes just on herself alone. The woman has been under the knife more times than my last Thanksgiving Turkey. o.O
