She's a classic beauty reminiscent of old Hollywood and the actress made sure to dress the part with a modern twist.

Anne Hathaway was the picture of 1950s glamour meets urban chic as she headed to a departing flight from Los Angeles LAX airport to New York City, on Friday.

The Academy Award winner was accompanied by husband Adam Shulman as she made her way through the airport terminal in a fetching outfit worthy of her doppelganger Audrey Hepburn.

The 30-year-old star effortlessly married torn hipster jeans with an elegant white blazer.

The stressed denim and tasteful jacket were contrasted with black leather high heeled boots and matching belt.

Beneath her creamy blazer was a loose but clingy low-necked top that showed off her slim figure.

The scene stealing item in her ensemble was a large floppy hat.

The brown head adornment was paired with giant Jackie O sunglasses making a tastefully nostalgic nod to previous eras of silver screen glamour.

And the elfin actress could not have made a better choice in accessories to compliment her refined features and alabaster skin.

Accompanying her classic but edgy look was a black purse with a chain link strap that she carried over her right shoulder.

Strung across her delicate collarbones was a thin silver chain with a small pendant.

The Les Miserables star wore beaded bracelets with a subtle brass half band on her petite wrists.

Her husband Adam, 31, was slightly more casual than his famous wife.

The actor and jewelry designer wore leather lace up shoes and fitted blue jeans.

He completed his dressed down attire with a plain white T-shirt and horn-rimmed sunglasses.

The Devil Wears Prada star has been loosely linked with a remake of the classic musical My Fair Lady.

Although the actress has yet to confirm her role in Cameron Mackintosh's adaption of the well-beloved film, she has hinted that she might be attached to the project.

Anne was quoted by celebrity blogger Perez Hilton as saying: 'I haven’t heard for a while what’s happening with My Fair Lady and I don’t know whether I would do it on stage, or screen, but either would be a treat.'

Such a beautiful couple. Anne Hathaway is our new classic. I love that she is always her kindest self, even when the media chastises because of it.

Please... she looks like nice, but she's nowhere close to an Audrey Hepburn doppelganger.

Anne Hathaway looks very pretty in these photos; but she is so pretty, that why can't she fine her own unique style rather than try her best to look like a modern day Audrey Hepburn. This is the first photo to show her copying Ms. Hepburn's style. Also; Audrey Hepburn was TRULY thin and petite boned and delicate...she had been a ballet dancer! Anne Hathaway is taller; bigger boned; and hardly in the body type category of "petite," She certainly did not look petite in "The Devil Wears Prada." She PUPOSELY lost weight for the role of Fantine and has apparently decided to keep the pencil thin look. She is so tall and big-boned; she would look better w/ some weigh on her! Just an observation. I am a fan of hers; so I DO not mean any of the in a derogatory manner!

Oh, please; she is no Audrey Hepburn. Audrey's style was effortless; Anne tries too hard, and always has that 'look at me and what I'm doing, aren't I cute?' look on her face. Something about the girl is annoying and contrived.
