Just last week she was pictured beaming with happiness as she soaked up the Mexican sunshine with her new fiancé.

But last night Tamara Ecclestone's legs looked more tangerine than golden as she visited the Fig and Olive restaurant in Los Angeles.

The 28-year-old visited the eatery with fiancé Jay Rutland, which specialises in Mediterranean food.

However her tan looked more bottle-based than anything from the Med's sunny climate.

Earlier in the day, Miss Ecclestone had taken to twitter to confess to having had 'wardrobe dilemmas' (sic) before going for dinner.

And with the socialite choosing a monochrome mini dress, with a snakeskin panelled front and a long zip down the back, the colour contrast seemed all the more obvious.

She finished the look off with her trusty Louboutins, a spotted clutch bag and many bangles.

Meanwhile ex-banker Jay cut a dashing figure in a grey suit jacket, a crisp white shirt, jeans and black loafers.

She later added a photo of the pair sitting behind a line of drinks, with the caption: 'This is how we do'.

Perhaps the dress will make an appearance on her charitable website, Tamara Gives Back.
