As members of a girlband, coordinating looks is something that Mollie King and Frankie Sandford should be used to by now.

And as The Saturdays arrived at Radio 1 on Saturday to appear on Matt Edmondson's show, both Frankie and Mollie showed off their stripes.

The ladies stepped out in monochrome ensembles, with Frankie, 24, choosing a bodycon dress, and Mollie, 25 opting for a skirt and jumper combo.

Wearing her blonde hair down in a centre parting, Mollie looked superb in a pencil skirt which was made up of stripes of various widths.

King finished her look with a loose fitted warmer and high shine black pointed heels.

As the 25-year-old strutted along she waved and smiled at the waiting photographers as she didn't allow the grey weather in the capital to dampen her spirits.

As they go after the number one spot in the charts, the girls have revealed they are keen to work with R&B sensation Ne-Yo.

Speaking to MTV about their dream collaboration Frankie said: 'We’ve always said Ne-Yo! I love his song with Conor Maynard.'

And in regards to finally cementing a chart-topping single with their latest offering, Sandford added: 'The whole number 1 thing, I mean it would be lovely to get one, but I’ve kind of stopped thinking about it now, I don’t want to jinx it!'

For all of you sitting on your computers moaning about how talentless these girls are, at least they are being proactive and making their dreams come true! Fed up with jealous women slating these girls. Oh, and the girls are currently #1 in the singles and albums chart on iTunes.

They've been around for a good 5 or 6 years. I remember hearing their earlier singles when I was still at school. Try listening to a little more radio 1 and a little less radio 4 before making silly comments maybe. They're not my cup of tea but at least they're working for a living and not expecting any man to keep them or living off benefits.

I would love to be the meat in a Frankie and Mollie sandwich. They are both stunning and all the negative comments are from chubby bored office workers

Stunning woman but the amount of pitch correction on that song is incredible! Shows that you dont have to be particularly talented to make a career in music nowadays....

So, so bored of this lot. They seem perfectly pleasant girls are are absolutely stunning, but they are talentless and yet constantly forced upon us! I have no interest in pop music but there's actually no escape from this lot unless I was to blind myself. The sexed up videos also seem a bit cringeworthy now they're no longer 19/20 and have kids. Just stop. - Alan Bananas , UK, United Kingdom, 17/3/2013 03:17 Not pressed on you is it - you're inthe music and entertainment section of a gossip site! do me a favour!!
