Revving up the romance: Sharon Stone and toyboy lover brush off split rumours as they wear matching leather biker jackets on Portugal break

They were rumoured to have split because they had 'nothing in common'.

But at least Sharon Stone and her 27-year-old boyfriend Martin Mica agree on what clothes to wear.

The couple showed off closely coordinated outfits of jeans, black leather and dark sunglasses on holiday in Portugal on Friday.

Strolling arm in arm on a wine trip in the country's Douro Valley, they seemed determined to shrug off recent break up rumours with a public display of affection.

They were joined on the trip by actress Andie MacDowell, 54, her daughter Rainey Qualley, 23, and singer Michael Bolton.

Miss Stone, 55, and Miss MacDowell are in Portugal to launch two new cruise liners belonging to DouroAzul, a luxury cruise company based in Porto.

During two days of launch ceremonies, they enjoyed helicopter rides and sampled Port wines at a local vineyard.

Matching: They wore co-ordinating leather biker jackets as they arrived in Porto ready to take part in a promotional appearance for a cruise company

Miss Stone – who won a Golden Globe for her 1995 performance in Casino - met Mr Mica, a model from Brazil, last year.

In January, Life & Style magazine said Miss Stone and her had split because they had 'nothing in common'.

'Sharon is busy. She has three sons and that keeps her hands full and still travels a lot for work,' a source said.

Miss Stone, who has three sons, was reported to want to 'focus on her children.'

The source apparently told magazine that age had nothing to do with the break-up, saying: 'It wasn't so much the age difference. They didn't share the same interests. Her passions are philanthropy, politics, activism - he wasn't into any of that.'

Miss Stone has been married, and divorced, twice in a chequered love life.

She split from San Francisco Chronicle editor Phil Bronstein in 2004.

The Hollywood star has also been engaged twice but both times failed to walk down the aisle.She has three adopted sons, Roan Joseph, 12, Laird Vonne, seven, and Quinn Kelly, six. In 2008, the actress said she had stopped dating men who ‘weren’t healthy.’

Say whatever you want but you are just a bunch of hypocrites. I always read nice comments related to this woman and the fact that she is dating a much younger and much more attractive man, and when it happens to other women or men, you write the most nasty comments. I personally do not understand this relationship only regarding her. She is a mature woman, she looks like a mature woman and she has two not so little kids. Argentinian men are quite special and good lovers, they love challenges and they are lotharios
