These boots were made for shopping! Alessandra Ambrosio shows off her tanned pins in ankle skimmers

She makes any outfit look effortless.

And Alessandra Ambrosio absolutely nailed the ankle skimmers and dress look on Friday.

The Brazilian beauty was both stylish and hip in the combo as she hit up the shops in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old was without four-year-old daughter Anja and ten-month-old son Noah.

Her businessman fiance Jamie Mazur also stayed at home.

The mother-of-two recently went on a whirlwind publicity blitz for the lingerie brand alongside fellow Angels Candice Swanepoel and Karlie Kloss.

The swimsuit model trio appeared on Good Morning America, followed by a poolside photo call, a Q&A session, a trip to the set of Extra, and ended with a party in the evening.

Alessandra has had an illustrious career with the famous lingerie stable.

She was selected as the first spokesmodel for the Victoria's Secret PINK line and in 2005, she walked the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway wearing lingerie made entirely out of candy.

In the 2008 edition of the Fashion Show, she walked the runway three months after giving birth to her first child.

The 2011 show saw her wearing the heaviest wings - 30 pounds - ever made for the show and in 2012, Ambrosio was chosen to wear the 'Fantasy Bra.'

Model so and so calls the paps cause she wants to "hit the shops" AGAIN for the sixth day in a row. Come take my picture cause I'm so hip and dress so cool and you'll never see me wear the same outfit AGAIN. Being a model, swimsuit in this case, doesn't mean you have taste. Actually, quite the opposite in her case. Boring and predictable, next.

It seems that Alessandra is enjoying the fact that Miranda is MIA after being fired from a department store for being a diva 9 months before her contract was finished, demanding the workload to be cut in half and her salary to be doubled after the store has a 14% loss since hiring her. Makes Alessandra seem pretty and down to earth in comparison!
