Bye bye Mommy! Snooki gets waved off by her baby son as she jets out of Jersey

He's just seven months old and doesn't like to be away from his mother.

So Snooki's departure from New Jersey was made even harder on Tuesday when she was waved off by her adorable son Lorenzo.

The former Jersey Shore starlet shared a picture of her fiancé Jionni LaValle holding their son at the window of their house, as she prepared to jet to Los Angeles.

Accompanying the picture, Snooki wrote: 'So hard for me to say bye to them - hate traveling without my son and @jlavalle5 ! Be back very soon!! Love you.'

Snooki was later seen arriving at Los Angeles' LAX airport following her internal flight.

The 25-year-old reality star showed off her slim figure in a pair of black leggings and loose-fitting Jack Daniels vest top.

Snooki finished off her outfit with a pair of knee-high boots, a Louis Vuitton handbag, green jacket and pork-pie hat, with geek chic style black-rimmed glasses.

Prior to catching her flight, Snooki had told her Twitter followers that she was celebrating baby Lorenzo turning seven months old.

She wrote: 'OMG time is flying by with Lorenzo! He’s getting so big and feels like he turns a month older each week! Mommy loves Lorenzo!!!'

Meanwhile, Snooki revealed earlier this week that she is continuing her attempts to change her party girl image into a more mature one by penning a pregnancy book.

The star, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, has already written three books during her time on MTV's Jersey Shore, but is hoping to give tips and pointers for expectant mothers with her new tome.

Asked recently how she is working to transform her image, Snooki said: 'I was 21 when JerseyShore came out. So basically, I was just growing up. I did crazy stuff when I was 21, you know, drinking, having the time of my life.

'And now to where I'm settled down - 25 years old, I have a child - I couldn't be any happier. I love being a mom.I love to show the not-drinking side of me.'

I'm so proud of her, honestly. Some of the girls on Teen Mom (I won't name names but you guys can enjoy guessing!) can learn from her example that you can leave your crazy past behind you and be a good mama.
