He's a diehard Chicago Bears fan, and he and girlfriend Mila Kunis are often snapped taking in a football game.
But Ashton Kutcher turned his attention to another ball sport on Thursday, while still remaining loyal to his beloved team.
The 35-year-old was snapped teaching a female friend how to play baseball at the Castle Batting Cages in Sherman Oaks, California on Thursday wearing a Chicago Bears sweater.
Actor turned coach: Ashton Kutcher instructs a female friend how to play baseball at the Castl Batting Cages in Sherman Oaks, California on Wednesday
The Two And A Half Men star was seen holding a bat in one hand as he patiently explained to his friend how the game worked while the two stood near the batting cages.
The actor took his role as instructor seriously as he seemed utterly focused on the task at hand, staring intently at his companion as he went over the ins and outs of batting successfully.
At one point Ashton demonstrated with the bat, showing his friend how best to hold it and when to take a swing.

Ready to try: Ashton's friend stood waited for her turn to bat in the batting cage, where balls can fly up to 80 miles per hour
The star looked casual in baggy jeans and a grey hoodie, which had Chicago Bears emblazoned across the front.
He wore black trainers and a blue helmet, a sensible choice considering the balls at Castle Batting Cages can fly up to 80 miles per hour, according to the venue's website.
His friend also wore a helmet, and appeared to be listening attentively to the actor's instructions.
Diehard fans: Ashton and his girlfriend Mila Kunis showed their support of their beloved Chicago Bears in New York in September
Ashton no doubt wore the Chicago Bears sweater in homage to his favourite team, and perhaps to send the message that his loyalty lies first and foremost with football.
Ashton has professed his devotion to the Chicago Bears in the past, telling ESPN:
'I am, first and foremost a Bears fan. Chicago Bears. Bears, Bears, Bears. I'm a little bit of an overly....I want to be the Bears,' he joked.
'I want to be the equipment boy for the Bears. If they called and told me they wanted me to quit my day job, I would do it.'
Not divulging details: Ashton, pictured with Mila in London earlier this month, told Elle magazine that he wants to keep his relationship with the actress private
The actor recently told Elle Magazine that he is desperate to keep his new romance with former That '70s Show co-star private following his high-profile marriage and split from actress Demi Moore.
'You know, I've learned the hard way how valuable privacy is.
'And I've learned that there are a lot of things in your life that really benefit from being private. And relationships are one of them.
'And I am going to do everything in my power to have this relationship be private.'
